Coaching is for the solopreneur or business owner who wants to make the switch to the art of value. You will move through three stages in your journey: Learning, Practicing and Experiencing. It is a combination of one-on-one sessions and ad-hoc interaction to expedite moving to the art of value.
Crafting The Proposal is a one- or two-day face-to-face intensive to align your sales process with the art of value. The traditional proposal process is: talk to the customer, brainstorm with your team, and then wow them with your brilliance. Wrong! The proposal should be the by-product of your engagement with the customer not the focus.
Consulting is a strategic approach to a specific challenge in your practice of the art of value. We start by identifying the issue, next explore the options available, and then create a specific plan of action. The components of the plan may include private sessions, group discussions, onsite visits, emergency access, a team retreat and more.
Speaking is an opportunity to share the art of value with your company or event. Your peers will experience firsthand the passion, intentionality and disruption of aligning the interests of the customer and professional. I can present an overview of the art of value or go deeper into one to three specific topics.
